Aaron is the best sales associate there! this store is not super busy and I find the employees to be much friendlier and helpful than the mall location.

Warning: a bit long, based on several visits since this location opened.

This T-mobile location restored my faith in the company after dealing with the Silverdale Mall location for several years. Before coming here for the first time, I was ready to swap providers after some bad experiences with the undertrained and blantant sales over customer oriented experience at the mall. 

Aaron, the store manager at the Port Orchard location has helped me several times with issues or concerns and all instances I have left more than satisfied. This included one large issue that was caused by online customer service but was turned into a positive solution that left me more than satisfied, despite the issue caused by dotcom. All the staff at this store have been friendly and taken the time to work with me on any concerns or questions I have every time I have visited. 

I also want to give a shoutout to the shorter female associate with the splendid half-sleeve tattoo. She was extremely helpful and informative the one time I worked with her in the past.

Additionally, I work as a sales associate myself and have never felt that they only care about a commission or are attempting to upsell me to an price bracket beyond what is comfortable. 

Five stars, and thank you for putting a human face back on this normally impersonal and corporate technological age.
