Jordan and Shane were awesome! The employees were working as hard as they could to get through the waiting customers and were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond in service. Jordan and Shane were patient with what I needed and answered all my questions and made sure I understood what I was getting. I will definitely always come here when needing any kind of verizon service.

I loved our experience with our recent purchase/upgrade with Shane at the Port Orchard store. Not being technically savvy, he was so patient with all of our questions and concerns and explained everything so we could understand.  We are so grateful to him more making it a pleasant experience instead of the nightmare experiences we've encountered in the past.

Allison was a super star. She helped us for 5 hours straight with our complicated sign up. She caught and corrected several problems easily because she was highly knowledgeable about everything. I was skeptical about signing up in the first place, but after working with Allison all of my fears have been laid to rest. I'm so happy she was the first associate to speak to us because she made the experience amazing by taking special care with our account set up.

I had the most helpful, pleasant experience at the Port Orchard Verizon GoWireless today. Mason was as helpful as one could ask for and made replacing
 my phone which died with the new S8+ a smooth transition. Thank you Mason

Knowledgeable and quick, Alice and the staff gave me a very quick and easy experience and even caught and rectified an error that had potential of costing me more later.  While helping me with my account, they also helped me update my phone and have it run faster and more efficiently.
