I was Immediately greeted when I came in. Staff were super friendly and helpful and provided me with enough information I needed to make a decision!  I was not ready yet, but I knew what phone I wanted and walked away knowing exactly  the cost and plan I would get.

Bait and switch, up-selling, charging 3X the T-mobile price for a sim card.  What's not to like?  A little bullshit factory.  

"Your phone isn't unlocked."  she said holding my unlocked phone.
"Our sims are $27" she said.  Maybe at this store, but at all the other T-mobile stores (and on the website) they are $10.  
"The plan you want is $85/month.".   The plan I want is $45.  She wouldn't mention it.  
Maybe she never looks at the T-mobile website.

Showed her my heels, and at another T-mobile store got the $10 sim card, the $45 plan and ported over from AT&T.  Easy peasy.  Took 10 minutes.  

My mother told me never to shop at a place without a proper business sign hanging out front.  She was right.
