I like this T-Mobile store. The reps are very friendly and knowledgeable. Does get busy during peak hours, after 5 and weekends, but otherwise, reasonable wait times. Also love that there's not a high turnover of regular staff.

I was barely greeted by the staff. I waited for 25 minutes just to for them to tell me to call customer service. They had no system for waiting (lines, names being called). When I finally got help, the rep was on Instagram while trying to help me with my issue. The rep seemed to get frustrated when I asked questions or informed them of what I had already tried to fix my problem, which included calling customer service.  Going to this store again will be a last option.
