They fix mac's good customer service

This staff was so rude when I brought my computer in. Wouldn't even look at it and acted like I didn't belong here. I don't know if it was because I was a woman and they wouldn't even offer any help. First thing out of the man behind the counter was $99 and we can't look at it unless this is paid first. Then he went back to typing on his computer. The other guys didn't even speak or say a word just ignored me.  Very rude and very unprofessional.

MacMedics saved a failed hard drive that the Apple Store said was completely trashed with no hope of recovery.  They recovered the entire drive data, on time and under their own original estimate, which was far less than any other service quoted me.  I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I had a great experience at Mac Medics.  The employees are helpful and polite.  I would recommend Mac Medics as a much better alternative to making an appointment and waiting in line at the Apple store.
