Went there Tuesday to pick up some headphones I saw online for sale. Was helped by a two guys, Andre and Stephen. They were both very nice and even charged my headset while I looked around the store. Came back today to get another headset for my boyfriend and asked a gentleman who I later learned name is Mike, for assistance. He was very rude and dismissive...so I asked another man close by for help who was super nice and friendly. When I asked the cashier who his name was they said Bobby I believe. Anyway he's the store manager and he is a perfect example of what good customer service should be. Will be making this store my go-to for now on.

I went to Best Buy Woodmore Towne Centre on Saturday morning February 18, 2017 (which happened to be my birthday). I was having issues with receiving my emails on my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge (which I had purchased from bestbuy last year. I was directed to an attendant in the cellphone section by name Damien. I explained to him that one of my yahoo emails was not delivering mails into my phone, his expression was one of disbelieve and disdain saying that I should open the mail on a computer if I could not access it on my phone, not minding the look he gave to me I still went ahead to explain to him that I have two yahoo mails accounts but I was not able to receive my emails from the yahoo account that is my default mail on the phone, that I want to be able to receive my mails on-the-go via my phone and not a computer. I handed the phone to him to assist me in anyway he can to rectify the issue and he refused to collect the phone, he then told a colleague of his what I had told him and that person answered sarcastically that I should go and contact yahoo. (how and why should I contact yahoo when this is an IT related issue that can be resolved by them if they want to) I stood look looking very confused and got upset at their nonchalant attitude to assist. When it was obvious they were not going to answer me I told them that I regret coming into the store to seek assistance and I would never come to that store again and they both laughed. And this is how best buy employees almost spoilt my birthday morning.

The Best Buy Customer Service/Sales Associate at this location was deplorable, however, the only silver lining was a young man who went out of his way to assist (unfortunately I can't remember his name), otherwise, I had a terrible experience with a Sales Associate with purple hair, she was very unprofessional with rude behavior, unpolished in her appearance and unable to engage with customers in a pleasant or friendly manner. When I called to complain directly at the store location, I stayed on hold for more than 30 minutes and the call was disconnected. I will now be reaching out to corporate. When you’re in a position dealing with the public, you must have a few key things: patience, clear communication skills, knowledge of the product and the ability to use positive language just to name a few…….unfortunately none were used in my interaction with her. That was my first and last time visiting the Woodmore location.

Hate giving bad reviews but they earned this one. You can't find what you're looking for, there seems to be no one available for help, yet you see employees roaming around on their phone. I purchased a phone from here and the entire time, the employee was texting while doing the sale. Couldn't even put his words together because he's focused on his phone. I asked for help looking for something and the associate said "we don't have it"....I looked around some more and found a whole rack. This location needs to re-evaluate their staff because every time I come here, I always encounter someone who's getting paid to be rude/not doing their job.

They have alot of merchandise that you are looking for. The service that I received was subpar. The associate seemed as if he were not interested. He wouldn't make eye contact and said that they didnt have an item in stock based off of the displayed merchandise. When I asked him to check in their system they had more than enough on hand.
