Employees lack knowledge of promotions and do not have attention to detail. My visit to the store took hours because the representative kept running back to management with questions. While I appreciate her efforts, the staff lack in training and knowledge. A month later, my bill arrives and services I specifically declined were not removed. Then, I had to spend 43 minutes with a representative in the Philippines to get this straight. Please train your employees and work on attention to detail. The girl in the PI was awesome, though.

Nice store, always clean and with lots of T-Mobile phones to put in your hands before you decide the one you really like.
The staff is nice, but very often you have to wait before getting helped. I was told by a friend that in other stores you had to get your name in a queue system, so I guess this store is not that bad.
I've always had the help I needed from the friendly team.

Excellent service provided by Ahmed, and also the manager, Dave.  Ahmed was thorough with explanations, switched my phone over without a glitch, helped me with becoming a family plan account and also helped put my daughter on the plan--and she's residing in San Francisco.  Ahmed is courteous, thoughtful, intelligent and a true professional.  Yes, it takes time to change plans, add phones, deal with kinks in the system, but well worth the wait! Now if only T-Mobile had the coverage that Verizon has then I could get some of my friends to jump on the band wagon.  Coverage is definitely better than a year ago. Thank you Ahmed and T-Mobile for the superb service!
