This is review about my purchase done in March. They have innovative ways to get money from you even after the deal is done. In my case they tried to change the numbers while preparing the sale deed. Lucky I could see that and got it corrected but somehow the finance manager wanted that additional amount so he cheated by reducing the price but prepared the sale deal as transfer title where as it should be new title. 
Now second part, they started asking me more money when Title came as the title is new and the sale deed was as transfer.
Finance does not respond and he happily sits in his room and makes me wait for hours. After continuous reminders I went to Head Sales Manager he takes a look and denies that the deal is made for new title. He promises that he remembers that the deal is done as transfer where as he clearly see the mistake done. 
People I know I have the proof that deal was made for new title and all these time I was waiting for them to be honest. NO THEY WERE NOT HONEST and determined to cheat (Feel SAD to know). 
Now my triumph card, I finally asked for the white paper which we signed while we do the negotiation this had the details that the deal was done for new Title. Again it took them 3 days get that paper (Their last efforts to get money from my pocket). 
I WON but I think it should share my experience as it might help some one who are in similar situation. First time shoppers please be very careful with this dealer. They are not Honest.

I had an unpleasant experience last week but the management reached out to me and everything was resolved. I would like to send a big thank you to Shawn Peeples that was sent my way to deal with my problem. Everyone that has a customer service issue should be sent to Shawn. Shawn was so competent,  thorough, understanding and welcoming towards handling my problem. He is a hidden treasure in the service department. Shawn made sure he kept me updated with everything pertaining to my car and was very flexible even with my busy schedule. For future problems,  I don't want to deal with anyone else but Shawn or referred by Shawn. He is an honest trustworthy individual.  Thank you again Shawn (Please give Shawn a promotion because he deserves it and more). In addition,  I would like to also thank my salesman Jean for his guidance, patience, persistence, positive attitude throughout my purchase and search for the right car. Thank you Jean for everything. God bless!

Brought my car in because it wouldn't start.   I was told by the service associate as soon as she saw it that it needed a battery.  This was without any kind of check by a mechanic, so a new battery was put in.  I drove away and later that day again the car was not starting.  Now my holiday weekend trip must be cancelled as I am without a car that will start and again I have to have the car towed in to try to see what's wrong with it.  My first vacation in years was supposed to start today but now I am stuck at home with no running car.  Why didn't a mechanic analyze the problem so it could be fixed?  Why was it immediately assumed it needed a battery by the service consultant?  I did not need a battery as the car still won't start and I paid for something I didn't need.   They had sold me a six year battery two years ago and this time made me pay $99 for another battery, which did not fix the problem.  I'm out $99 for nothing, a ruined vacation sitting at home, no car, and a tow truck bill to get the car in there again.  In the morning it would not start, then got the battery, drove it to a store and again it wouldn't start.   Thanks a lot Delray Toyota.

I had a great experience shopping for and purchasing my car at Delray Toyota. Ismail Meri helped me figure out what car was best for me and worked on getting me a great deal. Used Cars Very Over Priced, only reason giving two stars is that the salesman was a good guy, just couldn't buy a car from him.  Apparently in Palm Beach the dealer try to ripoff buyers with dealer fees, never seen that before.  Good news is there is one dealer that has no dealer fees in North Palm Beach, Lake Park.   I'm know the dealers need to make some money, but not 3,000 on a 11,000 car, that's extreme greed, go to Earl Stewart Toyota, they don't have fees.  I have too assume most of the 5 star ratings on used cars are paid for, no one in their right mind would give 5 stars for these prices
