Both employees were incredibly helpful. They were able to joke around but also be helpful. They even recognize me from the last time I came in which is something that's really important to me. Would absolutely come back again!

At first, I told myself that I didn't want to be sold anything, I just came in to pay my bills. I was greeted so professionally before I even made it to the counter. I had some issues with my old phone, but they were solvable issues. I haven't had an upgrade in 3 years and I was not pressured into getting a new phone, I just weighed my options and realize what I needed to make my communications to others easier. T-Mobile staff were so patient with me and they displayed so much knowledge and courtesy toward me and I felt so proud and happy with their service and my new phone. I have a smaller phone which is easier on my hands and fingers. Everything was reasonable and affordable. They also worked together as a team and you should be proud to have them a exceptional employees. 5 stars T-Mobile. Good work.

I had a great experience. Sajan was very helpful. He helped save me money and he is great at his job. I'm god to be apart of T-Mobile

Went to tmobile and got a great deal! Phone jump, accessories, and brand new wireless beats! Best tmobile ever! Great customer service and always help me walk out Happy!
