Walked in this location for an issue about my plan and the gentleman, Kevin, was there today to help us out, he was very patient and also very thorough when it came to explaining himself. I was very pleased with my visit.

Fast, easy, and simple! Boom I just go there say what I want to do, or what I want to pay and they help you, but not only that it's also really fast. For example in other places there's a huge line or you have to wait for someone, not here, here you just go up to a person and tell them what you want to do.  The longest I've waited is around 20 mins, but that was when I was buying my first phone from their company. Otherwise if I go pay a phone bill or ask a question it only takes about 2 mins
