the service was terrible. they have you standing in line for a long time. they give you attitude and make u feel stupid. the young people are so FAST and are just rude. i would tell you not to go at all

I absolutely love the service in this store!! The energy is always amazing and Jarrell is always making me feel good even though I have alot of needs and they understand how to fix issues fast and easy. If you come here you will absolutely be satisfied.

I stopped going to the T-Mobile store in Homewood where I live for two reasons:  First, they expect customers to keep track of who is next for service.  Second, their employees know how to sell electronic devices but do not know how to troubleshoot any of them.  I now go to the T-Mobile store in Matteson, and they provide excellent service.  I purchased my Smartphone there.  This week, I had some problems with it neither I nor anyone I know could solve.  Yesterday, I took it to the Matteson store, and a wonderful, polite and knowledgeable young lady named Dominique solved the problem in minutes.  And when you walk in the door, someone writes your name down so that customers are served in order.
