Very bad customer service and she was so rude with us. Not recommended at all

In my humble opinion - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!! "Par" (Parvinder M.) is downright rude, unwelcoming, unprofessional, wannabe, pretentious and judgmental woman. She might sound sweet at first BUT don't get fooled. After the treatment we received, we really didn't feel like exploring the shop. We called in advance and when we reached we had to wait 20 minutes for her to attend us and once she did, she went back and forth 3 times and wasted our time. She lives in her own parallel world where she tries to sell people whatever is left over from her old, out-of-fashion, left overs by making demeaning remarks on everything and anything that the consumer says or sometimes also on the dress they already possess. I did not know who or what Satya Paul is (no offense) so I checked their website and their designs didn't really match with what this lady at Taal boasts of. She has no sense of what the on going fashion is and tries really hard to compel you to select something out of her scrap. Oh, did I mention the part where I heard her conversation with a customer where they made racist comments? Well, that happened. Bottom line - 1. You "might" have Satya Paul's designs BUT YOU are NOT Satya Paul (...and with this attitude, I highly doubt you'll ever become one, dear!). 2. If someone with a healthy job refuses to stretch their budget once they are in the shop, it is more likely that you don't have items worth paying for. 3. You are merely "serving" a customer; Customer is the king and perhaps their time is more important than yours. Being at your shop is just one of the things they need to do and on the other hand that is all you do - that is your only job. So respect their time and be polite. 4. Try not being a racist.

I went to this place to look for bridal wear, and was so disheartened. The lady at the counter was not at all professional and extremely rude in her comments. She was more interested in selling other accessories and add on items, instead of catering to my needs. The collection is minimal, and the though the staff was helpful, the owner was very difficult to have a polite conversation with . I won't recommend anyone to go there, if you need any suggestions in your selection process
