No disabled parking, instead they have parking for expectant mothers. You'd think they would have at least one or two spots near the door for disabled. Lines are long and slow, and I never quite find what I'm looking for. Staff is very nice and helpful though.

In this day and age, these guys still have no idea on how online order/store pickup works. Here is how the terrible process works:
You place the order online, get a confirmation that it's ready for pickup
You go to the store, wait in a line for 20 mins for some store manager to scan the email (not sure why this is required!)
Store manager then calls some guy in the store to go find the piece in the store (what!, I thought it was ready for pickup!) 
That guy never returns, so another person is sent. 
The second guy comes back with the wrong item
Another guy is sent, who never returns

Total time spent trying to pickup an order = 60 mins! Just Sad! Amazon will soon start delivering packages to my doorstep in that time!

This Toys R Us is typically stocked and you can find items with ease. I overheard they were out of the Switch, but I was able to find holiday gifts such as Lego dimensions, Skylanders and Tsumtsums.

Still a wonderful store to find the actual toy you want to purchase, looking at it right there, if you did not know exactly what it was like.
