Tabcat Detroit is devoted to the preservation of Brazilian Folkloric Capoeira Angola here in Michigan. Founded over 15 years ago by the famous Capoeira Angola Mestre (Master) Mestre Caboclinho Aruanda Tabcat has held the mission to teach Capoeira Angola for individual and community enrichment. The current director and teacher of Tabcat Detroit is Contra-Mestre Pequenininho a native Detroiter graduated by Mestre Caboclinho Aruanda in Salvador, Bahia.
