This location needs to focus on Food Quality.  Hard taco was soggy and you could tell the meat wasn't drained and that the taco shell wasn't deep fried long enough. It was still very flexible. When you roll the burrito properly , there shouldn't be red sauce all over the inside of the wrapper for the customer to have to deal with.

Pretty good as far as taco bells go... They were extremely understaffed, but the lady working the front window was really busting her butt trying to get orders out as fast as she could. And she started polite and courteous as she did it.

Apparently this location and a few others this guy owns (manager said he owns 6 other locations) charges people money to switch from hard to soft shell 😮 I have never ever in 20+ years in various locations all over Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, & Minnesota been charged to do that. I'm not even sure if it's allowed seeing how corporate locations don't charge for the switch. Ridiculous to be that greedy because though it's only .20 cents for each switch out (very common) at 7 locations that adds up quickly on the receiving end.

Placed the order and forgot to get cups for water. Asked the manager, who happened to be the one to hand us our food and she kinda glared at us, then told one of the girls to give us a cup. How hard is it to walk the extra 2 feet to grab a cup and hand it to us with a smile? As for the food, it was typical Taco Bell food, but I feel like the smothered burrito (which is my favorite) was about half the size of any other Taco Bell one I've had and there was practically no sauce. I had to 'smother' my burrito with Mild sauce to even attempt to get the same effect. For a Taco Bell, this one was sub par. Won't return here when I'm in the area again.
