Normally I don't care to review or rate restaurants or whatnot. But this taco bell is absolutely horrible. I've only been there 3 times and they've screwed up my order every time. I'm baffled at the fact that I've been told they can't make more Cinnabon Delights because they're "under staffed" (I went to another taco bell after this visit and they told me that it takes less than a minute to prepare them and have them ready to be served.) And could someone please tell me how "Crunchwrap Supreme" sounds anything like "Nachos". Because of their inability to do their job correctly, I will not be returning to this location, and I highly suggest others do the same. Or if not at least triple check your bag before leaving.

Have been getting my food at least once a week since this location opened. But for the last 2 weekends they have given me wrong food even though my receipt had the correct order on it. Both times I had to throw the food away. The lines in drive thru are way too long and it takes at least 15-20 minutes to get your food. When asked, I was told that they were understaffed. The manager needs to br replaced or customers like me won’t be coming back.

Normally I would only rate any fast food/chain place 3 stars. You expect them to be average and they consistently are. That is their strength - consistent mediocrity. This location, however, is cleaner than most, and they always have such nice people working there. I drive past 2 other Taco Bell locations to go to this one when I make a run for the border.

If you want your drive-thru order consistently messed up this is the Taco Bell to visit.
