I’ve been to this establishment multiple times because it’s close to my work. I can say I’ve spent my last cent. Every time I’ve been here my order has been incorrect. Every time I’ve been here it takes 10+ minutes to receive my food. Every time I’ve been here there seems to be issues understanding the English language. Sorry to say, but this place needs help.

I go to this location a lot because it is near where I work so I’ve been here many many times over the past 3 years or so and I don’t know what it is but the employees at this particular location always screw up the orders. the food is good and cheap, Taco Bell is good fast food. but I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve been missing stuff in my bag, got an item I didn’t even order, or said something pretty clearly at the intercom and had them type in something completely different on the screen. also not giving you a fork/spoon when you get an item that requires one.

The food deserves 5 stars, but I give them 2 because of the horrendous service. There is maybe one person working there who has any business working with people (a young lady with a cheery disposition). I usually shrug it off, but today was the worst. Not only was the boy at the drive thru unfriendly, but he rushed me so much that I decided against getting drinks. He literally asked "is that all" after each item I ordered (4 things, which I already knew I wanted, so I was not hesitating), then before the car in front of me was even gone, he was already looking out the window at me tapping his fingers like some addict needing a score. When he handed me my food, he practically threw it at me and walked away. And big surprise, the order ended up being wrong! Of course, I should have expected it and checked before I left, but I was afraid that if I confronted that little idiot, I would have caused a scene. Seriously, this place would be perfect if they completely restaffed the cashiers.

The food here great tasting and very cheap, also unlike other fast food I don't feel gross after eating it.

Have gone a few times and never going back. Messed up my order so bad in charging me for the wrong thing. Then they never gave me half of what I did actually order. Not to mention customer service there was horrible as well.
