I am a strict vegan and I have ordered vegan here before. This time I ordered my usual which is a Crunchwrap, no meat, cheese, or sour cream; add guacamole, salsa, and beans. Then a bean burrito with no cheese. I was about half way through my Crunchwrap when I saw the nacho cheese! Then I tried to eat my burrito, first bite I saw cheese! Now I have to take it back and ask for a refund. What if I was allergic to cheese! Please pay attention to specifications in your guest’s orders. I now am going to be sick tonight because my stomach is not tolerant to dairy!!

They are very inconsiderate and poor at customer service. Can you please train your employees?! It’s not okay to disrespect your customers just because you are located in Miami and cannot cater to English speaking customers. Moreover, you don’t have change for cash being provided to you? The worst service and experience. Please step up your standards Taco Bell. Thank you.

Not only are the lines always ridiculous, but I've come here 4 times and they always forget to put utensils with my order that requires them. Food also has not been the best. Quickly cooked or reheated in the past.

I ordered a steak quesadilla waited in line for about 45 minutes due to the fact that there was only one employee working. Then I got food poisoning for the next 2 days. Do not here!
