Went on 8/1/2017 and arrived at 1620. The place was NOT busy.  After watching waiters and waitresses walk past our table for 10 plus minutes, 

I asked a waiter which of the wait staff would be helping us. She finally showed and asked if we were being helped.....my reply was no and ordered a bottle of wine....she stood there looking at me strange and asked what else.  I told her to get the wine first and then decide.

After that look, we decided to leave.  Ridiculous that with the low customer volume that no one waiter/ waitress took it on themselves to extend service. 

I asked for the manager but the had to call him/ her from somewhere so I was regulated to telling the hostess we will NEVER be back. We left at 1645. 

 We have spent $100's of dollars there but no more....Went to Outback in Davie and received excellent service from Rebecca......

I ordered the Shrimp scampi and it had no taste. The dish looked nice and with all the sauce I thought I was in for a treat. Sigh... I was very disappointed. I will not be gracing Olive garden with my presence for another few years. That should give them some time to revamp the menu and get it right. My server was nice though, and the restaurant was clean.

This particular Olive Garden is always very busy, even at times you don't really go out to eat apart from lunch and dinner.
I've visited here many times and the food is always good, so they are consistent. However, the service is spotty. Depending on the waiter, you may get fantastic service or below average. With my last visit here, had a waiter that kept forgetting to bring stuff we ordered, bought the wrong starter, and was generally bumbling and stumbling about. I put it down to him being new and we all got to start somewhere! He was a polite young man so his performance didn't distract too much from the overall experience.

Kevin M(my waiter )-gave me excellent service(5star) for him. Food great! but one of my 3tour of Italy was not hot; needed to heat it up with sauce.

The food was great and fresh! Well seasoned and just how I like it! The servers are so considerate and have great customer service especially Paris,she's awesome. Would definitely recommend Olive Garden anytime :)
