Staff is awesome. I know this sounds crazy, because it's just taco bell, but this location and the one at the corner of Six Forks Rd and Strickland Rd make the best food. I always get several regular soft tacos, and these two locations do it right. Always a good amount of meat, cheese, and lettuce. Most taco bells just throw s**t on a shell. These two locations always have a beautiful taco that is worth the money. They aren't putting too much or giving away food, disrupting food cost, but they put what I feel you should get. Not to mention this location is always spotless. I can't comment on the cleanliness of the other location I mentioned because I've never been inside that one. I'd give this one 10 stars if I could. Warm, friendly, and welcoming staff. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Most important of all, delicious, properly made, great tasting food.

They always do a good job here. Clean dining area. Mobile ordering works well.

Staff is always super friendly!!! They have actually surpassed chick fila with he customer service. Food was good and fresh also.

The employees, specifically the younger gentlemen, have incredible customer service skills. They are so polite and kind and they always speak to you with a smile on their face. You can not beat that, nor will you see that going to the McDonalds across the street.

It didn't start with tacos. Originally, all menu items were only $0.19. Taco Bell's original menu offered chiliburgers. The first location featured fire pits and mariachi bands. PepsiCo used to own Taco Bell. Taco Bell was the first fast food chain to hire women as managers
