Always a good service, food is mostly very good and priced fairly. Variety is good, though more good vegetarian options would cater for a growing number of people who prefer vegetarian diet. Updated (after coming back again and again): salads and fish dishes are amazing options for vegetarians. Service is always great and courteous. If you come when peace is packed, expect for some waiting time (up to ~30-40 mins), but most times we come we get in immediately.

I wish I could rate higher, because the food and service inside is actually quite good. However, I have had too many encounters with curbside service being absolutely horrible. I have, on several occasions, been left waiting between 10 to 20 minutes just on hold. Then, having to wait another 10 minutes to actually have someone to bring my food out and it's been cold. There have been other times I have called and no one communicated to the bakery to pick up my call that was transferred to them so I could order. It has not been uncommon for me to have to call back 2-3 times while being placed on hold just to get somebody to answer. After being placed on hold for 15 minutes today, I am done with the curbside service. When I receive my food, it was lukewarm; it was incorrect; and they did not take the time to actually put all of the condiments in there that they usually do. The service today was horrible! I understand that they can get busy at times, but communicating that to the customer is vital. I would have understood if it were busy and they informed me that it was going to take a little bit ; that's fine ; but just having me sitting there unaware of what's going on inside, and how it will affect my order, is problematic. Perhaps cheesecake factory needs to reevaluate what they mean by curbside to go. The whole point is for it to be a speedy process. It doesn't matter what day of the week I've come, I've always had to wait an unnecessary and unreasonable amount of time.

Top of the line food and service. Only complaint is that the menu is literally a book and it can be hard to make a decision with so many options! Awesome restaurant.

Cheesecake factory is always a sure thing. Good prices, nice atmosphere and huge food. They have an enormous menu where everyone can choose what they like. Their specialty are obviously their cheesecakes. Try their plane cheesecake or their chocolate cake 🙌🙌 Amazing burgers. Can't order anything else when I go there.

Extremely disappointed! The quality of this place has really gone down!!!!First, I will start with our waitress who gave horrible service!!!! We waited over 45 minutes for our food!!!! I believe they forgot to put our order in and didn't have the common decency to inform us!!!! I spoke with a female manager about getting a discount and she stated she could only offer us free cheesecake. Really!!! I have gone to many restaurants; Kickback Jacks, Olive Garden, Romano's, even Chili's and received exceptional service and refunds when a mistake was made by the staff. Kudos to those restaurants!!!! Our food finally came only to discover hair in my daughter's meal!!!! Asked for the manager again; this time a white male had the audacity to tell us that the blond hair couldn't have come from his kitchen staff because they are all Mexicans and they all have black hair!!!! He then asked if he could wrap up the remaining food to take with us. That was the final straw. We kindly got up from our table and walked out. I politely told the couple eating next to us to please be careful and check your food. They appreciated our honestly and apologize for the managers comment as they over heard him. Will never go to this location again!!!!! Received much better service at the Raleigh location at Crabtree Mall.
