Out of all the Taco Bells in Battle Creek, this one has maintained its old decor and still maintains excellent customer service. Mind you, the service is slow, but the individual that is at the counter always goes above and beyond to make sure your order is correct and greet you in a very respectful manner. Cannot say the same about the other stores in the area although they are not bad. The food is what it is. Taco Bell. Nothing to say. The drinking area could be kept cleaner, but other than that, this is my Taco Bell of choice in Battle Creek.

Taco has a good size menu with a decent variety of items. Their breakfast menu is a great alternative to the usual biscuit sandwiches of their competitors. The breakfast crunch wraps are excellent tasting and are available in bacon, sausage and steak. The steak ones are my favorite and are very filling. If you have a sweet tooth, their Cinnabon delights are very delicious.

I asked why they didn't serve lunch in the morning and the drive thru lady rudely told me that if I didn't like it to go to the one across town from now on. in my opinion she deserves to be fired. came back later that day and told the supervisor about my experience and she was appalled and gave me a free taco box.

Always super slow with order taking even slower to receive food. Truly a lack of leadership in this restaurant

Food is good, as usual, but service can be spotty. My friend and I had an employee pass us twice before I called out "Is anyone going to take our order?"
