I was excited to taste your new taco fries but I got back to my apartment and I was given the cheese sauce. Bummer!

Wow!!! Its 9pm the lobby is closed, nobody will answer the phone and 8 employees are standing around inside. The drive thru line is 20 cars deep. Guess taco bell wantes me to give my money to the wendys next door tonight. Question taco bell management. Why have your lobby open untill 12am if nobody cares about customers here? Disregard the 1 star, i cant give zero.

Always a mystery. Are they gonna add the sour cream and tomatoes you paid for or naw?! Does this look like it's got sour cream and tomatoes I paid for?! Paid for extra nacho cheese, got it. Nothing else... Something this simple, happens all the time. Won't be back.

Lobby closes ridiculously early, and the drive thru they force you to use is absolutely too slow. Please disregard the one star I had to give (0 stars)
