So I came in today and the machines was down, they told lady in front of me and she was so annoyed. I walked up and they said the same I said okay I'll wait, they was all so friendly I couldn't get mad, so they said ten minute wait I'm waiting with my kids and a employee walks out writes my order down and they make it! So I'm waiting to give the cash for my order and the cashier says someone paid for it! WOW!!! I'm like who? And a employee paid for my kids meal! This is the nicest thing ever I though! Good things happen if you wait! Good job taco bell! I appreciate Plainfield locations great customer service!

terrible service! why does taco bell hire lazy and possibly people who are high on drugs. losers. and they cant even get 1 order right without messing it up. Plainfield taco bell IS THE WORST LOCATION in GR.
