Always takes 15-20 (and once, 30) minutes to get through the DRIVE THRU! I cannot think of an instance where our order has been right, too. They need to teach their staff better on what is what, and the ingredients included in their products. Oh! And what the difference is between an empanada and cinnamon twists.

The food is of poor quality, but how can you compete with 2lbs of food for a handful of coins? They could announce that all menu items now include cancer causing agents, and I genuinely don't know how many people would stop going.

Rang in the wrong combo.... gave me back a dollar, which was more than I should have got back. They gave me the right combo that I ordered with no tomatoes... got tomatoes. 3 times they made my simple order! I wasn't even hungry when I finally got my food. Ate a taco and threw the rest away.

Most fast food places don't get high ratings. It's fast food... Not quality food. Either way I rarely ever have an issue with this location as compared to others. The food is ok, hot and mostly always what I ordered. Staff are as friendly as they can be and the building always clean... Or appears to be anyway. The drive thru is a big ugh for me but when I use it it's usually behind a bunch of pot heads that have to order a truck load for 3 people. And I get it I've been there... But come on I'm hungry too!
