They definitely have improved. I've gone there 3 times recently and had 3 different people help me and all were great and friendly. Food order was correct 2/3 times but the time it was wrong they fixed the issue without hesitation

This location has really gone downhill. I don’t know what happened but The last 3 times they got my order wrong. It’s like they are incapable of doing a correct order. Also the last time that I was theee they were out of plastic ware and when you asked the attendant they just shrug their shoulders. Someone please step in and clean this store up. I really wish I could have given 0 stars but I want the poor score to be reflected.

Service time over the last year has definitely improved. They are typically the only place open on my way home so i am there often. Bismarck is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond for any special requests. They also tend to have everything in stock.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I used to eat here all the time but now they have no sense of urgency and the employees messed up my change, probably spit in my food. This store needs new management. They SUCK now
