This is a fondue restaurant, part of a larger chain but I believe each is independently owned and operated.  That said, I won't get into the ins and outs of fondue dining.  What I will speak to is how this particular location executes the Melting Pot brand.  I've eaten at several locations over the last 20+ years.  This one is wonderfully managed.  The food has always been fresh and properly prepared.  For a small bar, it is surprisingly well stocked with some not so common premium brands available.  Wines by the glass have been good pours and acceptably fresh.  What stands out is the service and management.  I've seen the same manager there for years and every single meal he has checked in to make sure it's been a good experience...and it always is.  The staff is personable but not pushy.    Order accuracy has always been 100%.  Pacing is perfect and on the rare occasion a mistake is made, the manager immediately gets involved and the staff go above and beyond what is required to fix it.  They do a wonderful catering to families while still preserving the intimate and romantic atmosphere for couples.  This is my daughter's favorite restaurant and we go more or less quarterly (following good report cards).  One little request...the pretzels are amazing for dipping in the cheese and it seems like the pretzel bites were a seasonal thing that is gone now.  I'd love to see the pretzel bites come back.

We went here to celebrate Valentine's Day.  All of the staff were very friendly and made us feel they were glad we were there.  There was a camera set up when you walk in for a complementary photograph; very nice. Our server Angie took great care of us and we got to meet the manager (Dave?).  The food and experience were great, and we were stuffed when we left.  Adult beverages were refreshing (I had the Tipsy Turtle).  The restaurant and staff made it a great celebration dinner for us.

This is a fantastic restaurant. Everything here is delicious!  Fondue type restaurant.  First you start off with melted cheese and everyone can dip their veggies in it.  Then I suggest boullion dip for your meat and then of course desert.... chocolate fondue.  Dipping sweets into that dip.... brownies....awesome!  Will certainly be back!

Great fondue! As is usual with fondue, cheese and chocolate are what you come for but the entrees are pretty good too if you choose what you like. The duck is particularly good, especially well paired with the plum sauce. We normally do cheese and chocolate for two and then split an entree between us, and it's the perfect amount of food. Note to management: please bring back the salted caramel chocolate dessert! It's such a shame it was for a limited time because no other dessert option compares to it. The service here is always on point. Great for a date.

Love it !! Our first time here !! Celebrating my husband birthday! The table that I reserve was as I expected , he was beyond surprise and our server , employees and manager all so nice and very attentive . The food was awesome ❤️
