I worked in the service industry for 10 years, so I have a great respect for people who do that kind of work. However, this was by far the WORST service I have ever, ever had. We ordered 3 of the same thing plus one extra 89 cent or dollar taco. Thus, our total with tax should have been about $21. It was instead well over $25. Of course their printer wasn't working so we got no receipt. Luckily, we were eating inside. We got 2 cups instead of three, we got a $6 cheese quesadilla that should have been steak. When I asked the cashier to do the simple math, he couldn't so I did it for him. His response was "well it was more because you wanted steak on it... no my friend, it comes on it. It's even pictured on the menu. We were also shorted the extra taco. STAY CLEAR OF THE PLACE IF YOU CAN!  
I know there aren't many choices in Excelsior though sadly. So I guess all I can recommend is, enjoy your Tacos, but make sure the order is correct with the food  tou get in comparison to the receipt.

Employees are dirty and do not wash their hands before food prep.  Have smelt marijuana in the restaurant and employees and management seen incoherent as well.  Food usually tastes old.  I have seen them take food that was just sitting on a counter and serve it through their drive thru window.  Wait times are extremely horrible and it is supposed to be fast food but most the time you can wait 20 or more minutes for your food. They are constantly messing up your order and forgetting items.  This place needs new management and better employees.  I do not foresee myself coming to this establishment anymore.

I had the K-10 chicken, the chicken tasted like it been cooked in old grease could not eat all of it notice the employees some of them handling the food without proper gloves on the hands I thought the laws were that you had to handle food with gloves. Would not really recommend this place.

Overall good visit however theu forgot to give us a soft taco on a to go order. We came back and the manager Kelly made it right and gave us some free food

Very average. Shells were crumbly and dry, and I noticed that the staff takes the unused sauce packets off the tables and hands it out again. That's a little disgusting.
