Place order at kiosk? Ugh It's tedious and unnecessary. Food came fast, as it should since I was the only customer in store. The Cheesy Bean Rice Burrito is WAY TOO SPICY! That cheese sauce was also gloppy and excessive. I couldn't eat it. Lastly, I asked for two sauce packets for my two tacos, but was given EIGHT. For TWO tacos.Food: 1/5
Lee rd, Taco Bell - I loved this place a month ago. The young kid at the window was always friendly and checked the order before giving it to you. Within the last month, I've been there 3 times and every time I have to pull up to the window to order and the people inside just walk around and ignore you sitting there. I've even blown my horn and all that does is interrupt their conversation. No one ever comes to see if they can help you. Now I drive 7 miles out to another Taco Bell for dinner. Worth it!
This place always had the lobby closed they force everyone to the drive thru, its stupid and inconvenient I don't want to waste my gas waiting a long time in your stupid drive thru lane!!!
We eat at Taco Bell on a regular basis, and this visit is by far the VERY BEST we have ever had!!!! We are from the Tampa, Fl area and are in Orlando on a weekly basis, this was our first time to this location and we will absolutely be back! Service was friendly despite the late hr 10pm. - not late to some, but for us, the food was hot, the amount of sour cream on Tacos was perfect usually seems skimpy and the burritos that I ordered - OH MY GOSH - were absolutely perfect!!! They actually appeared and tasted exactly like the pictures of the food which is NEVER the case, any way it was a please consuming the meal, even the very last bite!!!! Who ever was on the cook line last evening desires to known that his/her meal brought "food pleasure " to us last evening!! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! We will be back to this location and WILL be tell our friend about it!
Reviews that leave 5 stars are obviously fake. This is just an average Taco Bell. Sometimes your order is fine, sometimes it’s horrible. Good customer service here, bad customer service there. My last few visits have been sub par. I might go back at some point, but I’ll try and avoid it.
Foods fine but my God this is the worst run taco bell I've seen in a while. They're hideously understaffed 24/7 and are regularly closed before their normal closing hours for no apparent reason.Food: 3/5
I went through the drive through around 1:30pm on 1/26/22.I advised the cashier that I wanted a number 6 and can they be fried fresh he responded they are fresh that they cook them every 30 min I worked at Taco Bell for 5 years this is a lie!!!so I pulled up to the window I asked can I get them fried fresh I can wait it only takes 45 seconds..I was assured that I can have them fried fresh..I get my order and noticed the chalupas was cold and old after I was advised they would be fried fresh..so after paying a overpriced sum forgot to give me my drink and having to deal with attitude the food was old and cold
Absolutely the worst toco bell ever employee’s clearly do not know customer service in anyway. They do not use gloves half the time. They never get an order right and then when you go back to address the issue at hand they treat you as if you are wrong and give you attitude. Oh and don’t bother calling they do not answer I have lived closest to this toco bell for years and every visit is worst and worst just horrible. Trust me just use the gas and time to drive further to get the core service.
Awful service.. Managers are always in a bad mude and are super rude to their clients! Don't waste your time going there, unless you are dying of hunger. Lol
