Every time I go I get a worse impression of the place.  this time I ordered 2 baconator and a chocolate frosty, I confirmed that it was chocolate, however they didn't care and they gave me a strawberry frosty.  When trying the hamburgers we were surprised that it was not a baconator, but a normal hamburger, it did not even have bacon.  a disappointment the attention of the place

This is hands down the best Wendy’s franchise in Florida. Fries - crispy. None of that overwhelming earthy taste. Cheese sauce - A1. Always deliciously consistent time after time beef, chicken, salad. Always delicious! I have lunch here every day with my wife and today she was able to eat beef after post COVID symptoms left a weird taste when eating certain types of meat for the first time in a long time. Her exact words “this is what a burger is supposed to taste like.” Customer service on 1000%. You guys have a great team at this location; keep up the great work!

Look at this disgusting mystery ingredient on our cheese fries. Avoid this Wendy's at all costs. Employees spend all their time on their phone, and deliver this kind of product.<b>Food</b>: 1/5

Dining in is definitely a bad idea. Everything about the inside of the store just felt and seemed dirty. I was trying to get something quickly to eat so I stopped there not even realizing that 20 feet away is a Chick-fil-A that’s probably why there was hardly any wait as far as a line goes and the line was so long at Chick-fil-A. I ordered a five for five and waited almost 10 minutes just for a burger why they left my other side items just sitting on the counter to get cold while they wait for a burger to be made…They should really do something about revamping this store and employees… Because around it you have very nice Hotels, Restaurants and Movie Theaters within walking distance… and in the middle of all of this is Wendy’s, which is very low quality in comparison to surrounding places to eat or socialize unless they do something soon I don’t think this place will thrive much longer and the quality of the food especially with that kind of competition in its surrounding. And that’s why this particular location is usually the last choice as far as things to eat around there I was going to give this to stars, but honestly, I don’t even think it deserves the one. Not worth it…. Move on which is a shame cause I actually like Wendy’s.

I ordered a baked potato x 2 which is loaded which includes bacon butter sour cream and added cheese to both potatoes one of the potatoes was completely incorrect then I ordered a 6-piece nuggets which was all spicy almost killed the person eating them I need correction as soon as possible can't even make a phone call through to Wendy's because they won't even allow the phone call at the window I requested the two gentlemen at the window to repeat the order to make sure they got it correct they asked me to death and they still gave me the wrong order

This Wendy's is great in customer service and speed. That stated, they more often than not, give you old soggy fries. That is frustrating. I hope this changes.

The food was hot but the service needs to be improved. Had to give my order three times before he understood English. Then when got to window had to ask for my drinks someone should be verifying orders before they hand them out the window. The employees need to be a little bit more friendly to customers

It's very frustrating that everyone is using the touchscreens for ordering now. For some reason my order did not move over to the line and it took a while for them to receive my food. The $5 meal deal is still nice and my favorite to get here. I miss their old nuggets vendor. Wendy's nuggets used to be better than everyone else.  Parking: Parking was super easy. Plenty of spots open. They do have a bigger parking lot right next door if they need it.

This Wendy's is short staffed. Because of this the dinning room is closed.  The drive-thru is opened but since they're short staffed, the wait time is long and they have you park. The manager eventually brings out your order but is very rude. On top of all of that, some orders are incomplete. Zero Customer service skills. I do not recommend this Wendy's. If you do decide to order food from here, make sure you check your bag and be ready for a long wait time and unfriendly service.

Have ate here over 10 times. 9/10 have been perfect. The other time has a few mistakes and long wait time in line.
