The closest thing to REAL meats  and the freshness of sides orders  with the exception of their ice cream/ milkshake machine not working. Hmm  Atmosphere / Vibes I feel like I'm on a set of a Roots movie    " I see slavery days  types of activities behind that counter in the kitchen"

I came to hardeees Hardeees at 1125 and asked that my food be made fresh. By the time I got to the window they had the burgers waiting. I told the manager the food was not fresh. I have never known meat to go from raw to cooked in the 20 seconds it took to get to the window. The manager was rude and argumentative. I told he to remake the food and he came back with the same old cold food I gave him. He clearly don't understand what fresh food is nor did he understand customer service.  This manager could be African or from the islands. He clearly needs to be fired or retrained

This Hardee's isn't in the best place of town. Hardee's is a great place to eat, just.. not this one in particular.  Most sodas were very low on flavoring, and the chicken sandwich I had hugely upset my stomach.  I personally will not be coming here again, no offense to the workers or manager of this location.

Always nice to go back to Hardee's in Pine Hills, for years before retiring it was my favorite place for lunch, Frisco Burger was the Best anywhere. Prices have gone up, but worth it for the great taste.Food: 5/5

I go here almost everyday and they never mess up my order. The women running orders through drive thru is absolutely amazing. Thank you for making my lunch great everyday I visit!

They have a living tree in the middle of the restaurant which totally caught me off guard. Staff is great and food is alright, little more greasy than I would prefer.Food: 3/5

Went there for dinner on Wednesday and I ask for two regular cheeseburgers and got charged for two bacon cheeseburgers and they put the refund on my card I haven't gotten it yet the fries were cold and the cheeseburgers were not fresh we always go there we love Hardee's but I won't go back maybe my husband might sorry to complain because I am a restaurant manager.

I M P R E S S E D ! ! ! Super friendly and the biscuits and gravy are better than the ones I had yesterday at  Cracker Barrel and only 3 bucks. My new breakfast spot on the go!

Always GREAT SERVICE , and Store manager is always present. This is probably one of the best fast food restaurant in area… Great  job !!!!!  Customer service and food be on POINT!!! I told manager in person and wanted to give feedback online !!!!

I have been a long time fan of Hardees. Unfortunately that is beginning to change. Lately, I've been receiving subpar products from them... I've been letting it slide... This time however, I decided to leave a review and show you this foolishness!! I got a BOGO email from them with a picture of their "BLT RANCH HAND-BREADED CHICKEN SANDWICH". So, I decided to give them a try! I am very disappointed in the product I received. I took pictures of my food this time for proof! I posted the picture from the email advertisement and the actual sandwich I received. It was difficult to really capture how small the chicken and bacon on the sandwich was. If you look closely at the picture the chicken is actually smaller than my pinky finger! It is slightly larger than a large chicken strip. This is deceptive advertising! Hardees you need to do better! These are the type of sandwiches I've received the past 3 or 4 times. The only sandwich that still seems to be good most of the time I decide to go to Hardees is their Frisco Burger.
