This is probably the lowest we’ve seen a Taco Bell sink … visited around 10:30pm on a Saturday night and ordered Chalupas, quesadillas and the new chicken tacos .. 1. food was not heated uniformly… cheese did not melt in places 2. Steak quesadilla had less than an mm of thickness … talk about shrinkflation … and it was burnt 3. Chalupa’s ranch sauce was only a small bit at the end .. the rest of it was dry and tasteless 4. Tacos did not seem fresh and chicken inside was over fried / burnt 5. Bin was overflowing see pic

I tried out the chicken Chalupa today and it was very tasty! A little bit different than what I am used to but still great. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and I’m glad that they have opened up seating. Service was not as fast as it could have been but it’s still not too bad

The slowest Taco Bell EVER!!!! If u need your order asap preorder a day in advance. Stay away if u can. Management wake up! 25 min to get my order. Smh. Let’s see if they get my order right at least….. moments later… yup! They fudged up my order. Great more waiting. Terrible.

I ordered Uber eats for pick up the app showed my order would be ready by 5:31. I arrive at 5:31 and it took 5 minutes for someone to help me only to find out my order wasn’t made. The girl in the front was new and asked for help a lady came from the back to shower her where to locate the Uber orders in the system and then did all that to not make my food? Then after another 15 minutes I ask another lady who then had to make my food? So in total I waited about 40 minutes for an order that I ordered for pick up.. what is the point of this then? This location is terrible!

The people who work here are some disgusting animals I found hair in my nacho bell grande I assumed it was mine so I picked it out & continued to eat my food THEN I opened up my nacho supreme & it was covered in more hair  told the manager & they didn’t have any concern for the situation all 3 of them are half way rolling their eyes & then the tall tooth pick of a man wants to sarcastically tell me to “have a nice day” didn’t give me my full change back stole a dollar from me then they ALL refused to tell me who prepared my food then lied & said the person that prepared my food “went on break” just some living breathing monsters but I will have a nice day I have a career while you slave at Taco Bell

An employee blocking the drive through sitting on a chair smoking SOMETHING with a car in the drive through not letting the line move. Go to the window and the most inept human RUDE with "what do you want from me and I don't know what to tell you...just move" was all that coherently came out of his mouth when I asked for my pre order. He said " we didn't even make it and we got it you need to move" his parents should be mortified as well as TB  for hiring him. Disgusting NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered online today and nachos were bad...seems like they cooked them in old oil and the taste was SO DISGUSTING. not the lunch i was expecting never had i problem like that at any other taco bell placeFood: 2/5

Horrible customer service,  they charged dcyra as they supposed to , but gave the entire order wrong. I had to explain to a vegetarian , why there was meat on their food. When I called the store,  the managers response was "ok". I guess it's a mistake to hold taco bell to any standard what so ever.

Delicious Food And Excellent Service Haven’t Had Taco Bell For 1 Year
