I received garbage this is not a joking matter, I ordered a biggie bag double stack and it comes with ketchup pickles and onions, and cheese and bacon I ordered it as it comes. I have been  calling the store for almost a hour no one answers. I didn’t get ketchup at all no cheese no bacon! And they gave me cold food so it’s not like it’s edible. I can’t believe people like this work in the food industry I don’t even trust eating the food they could of done anything to it if they dared serve this to me! I want someone to email me at sonirivers516@gmailcom and something be done because it’s beyond what words can ever explain the cold food they served me it’s crazy ! Edit- I called to tell them my issue and they could care less nothing was done with managers like that in charge I would think twice before eating at this location, heads up. 5/30 updated

I ordered 1 spicy chicken sandwich and 1 classic chicken 1 apple pecan salad the chicken sandwiches  were  terrible like eating a piece of rubber maybe over cooked or the quality of meat below average the salad is good.my dinner is ruined.  I try calling store twice hung up on me twice.

Awful management. Have not gone there in years. But was coming back from shopping with my niece and she wanted chicken nuggets, we were right next to Wendy’s Figured I stop by , drive Thru line had about 10 cars and inside was only one person on line So I run in inside - it took 20 minutes inside for me to get my chicken nuggets That is totally unacceptable, Awful just awful !

I've come to this location a bunch of times and never once have I encountered any issues. The exterior and interior have been updated over the years so it's nice to dine in if you choose. They also have three kiosks to place your order so you can skip waiting in line. It does get busy during weekdays lunchtime so those kiosks do come in handy. The food tastes pretty much like all of the other Wendy's.

Like most things in our declining civilization, the quality is slipping... Picked up a salad, burger and chicken salad at around 1030p - Asked for lettuce on my burger and relieved 1 baby slice of lettuce.  The salad itself not terrible but the chicken sandwich with lettuce?  Rotten lettuce! How can someone knowingly put this on a sandwich? You can't not know, LOOK AT IT!

My order was wrong. Gave me 5 instead of 6 French toast which I paid for then ordered a sausage egg and cheese on biscuit. What I got was a chicken biscuit which chicken was not cooked. My money was wasted and I was so disappointed.

The service is excellent. Especially when you order food online, you set the time when you pick it up, when you get to Wendy's in East Meadow, New York. The food is ready and pickup. With Wendy's online service they give you special deals and rewards. With Wendy's special save more money and you get more food. Great deal

Clean location was not busy was a easy in and out before a show. Service was fast prompt and cortious. Would stop in again if in area.Food: 4/5

Very clean even the soda machine with his wide variety of sodas was awesome I had a diet ginger ale vanilla awesomeFood: 5/5

If j could give zero stars I would costumer service is the worse i had a delivery order at 11 wich was completely wrong I tried contacting them fir 3 HOURS and no one would answer. I will never eat at a Wendy’s in my life
