I have been coming to this Taco Bell on Alessandro and Elsworth in Moreno Valley for years. For the last three times I have left disappointed. I am here again now and I am actually deciding that I won't come to this one again. This place is dirty, there's no condiments, straws. Currently there are four guests eating. One guy said this place has been going downhill. I couldn't agree more. Another guest came in carrying his bag of food in and was saying he was missing something he ordered. Order taker asked him if she charged him for the item and he did pay for it. He had to wait 10 minutes for them to make the item. That's ridiculous! Could be why it's so empty and it's lunch time.
Place is dirty as hell in the dining area. just because you have kiosk and sit in a back until the order comes in three workers here around noon didn't think to clean the place. Went in and there was trash all over and tables were super dirty. Photos from April 30th 2020
Food had no meat and the nacho cheese they gave me was less then half filled. Are the portions off or is this normal? Seems off to me. Just passing the word and picture, check your orders before you get home disappointed. One more thing I forgot. The chips tasted like old oil or just not good at all. Left the worst after taste.
Food was unsafe to eat. I ordered 3 Mexican pizzas and when we took a bite all you tasted was some sort of chemical or cleaning solution. Not only did we all throw up, it burned our tongue and throat so bad. I called the store concerned that maybe something by accident spilled on one of the ingredients, I spoke to Becca the manager and she didn’t even care and thought it was funny. So my only option is to call the heath department and see if the lab I work at can identify what we ingested. It shouldn’t have had to go this far all Becca had to do was be honest with me and tell me what happened. Be careful eating here they might poison you.
Today I stopped at this Taco to grab a quick bit to eat at around 2pm. I ordered a Mexican Pizza and a Chalupa. When I got home and took a bite of the Mexican Pizza and immediately tasted something foul and bitter. I took everything right back and asked to speak to the manager. The person who came to the counter said they were the person in charge. I started to explain the foul bitter taste in the Mexican Pizza and they rudely cut me off and said "oh yeah I just made a fresh batch do you want a new one?". I asked if they could make me a new Chulupa as well and they asked with an attitude, "what's wrong with it". I was so upset with the attitude at that point I asked for a total refund of all my food. They handed me my money and walked away saying nothing. They never apologized for knowingly selling bad food that tasted like poison. Now I'm feeling so sick.
Got order wrong but fixed hassle free. Ordered quesidilla easy jalapeño sauce. They put double the amount. Thought it was an attitude thing. But Based on how nice they were, I can tell it was an honest mistake.Food: 5/5
I went through the drive through. I had to repeat my order several times. The food was expensive as compared to the quality. For example, I got a featured burrito that was full of cheese wiz, with little meat. I got a quesadilla the had both little cheese and chicken. I worked at Taco Bell in the early seventies, when the food was wholesome and delicious; this is a far cry from that.
Staff was so rude , mixed all my order up, ordered different stuff they just threw everything in a bag with out even marking which was what , payed fir extra meat and cheese , didn’t even get what I payed for and the cheese sauce cups were filled less then half way. My iced coffee had no flavor at all ,asked if they can put more syrup, staff cut me off didn’t let me finish talking, went up to the counter staff saw me standing there and they didn’t even stop to ask if I needed something kept saying excuse me and kept being ignored , food was cold and tacos were stale. To top it off There was a hair in my food. SMH ‍ Staff needs more training specially in customer service
Meat, cheese and sour cream tastes extremely funny. Taco shells are very stale, cinnamon sticks stale to the point my son had to spit them out and gagged. Some of our order was made incorrectlyand was given an attitude when I asked to be corrected. Homeless folks sleeping on the grass do not make this store approachable!
The young lady was taking the orders to fast she charge me twice.this happened on 12/31/22 around 630 pm..she gave my total of 22.82 walked away and came back and gave me a total of 12.13 without giving me my card back..she finally returned my card...I got home looked at my bank account and saw both totals charge ..this really sucks..im already in a budget..it might not seem like alot ...I will not be returning it will just upset me
