This place used to be a lot better. The person that took my order messed up 3 different times. This is why I removed one star. The worker looked very annoyed and like he would rather not be there. The food is great but the service needs improvement. I didn't want to complain or even return my order but the service was that bad and the order was not what I ordered. I returned my order politely just asking for what I actually ordered . The staff was not happy with that. But messing up 3 things in one order is not good.
They no longer put sliced onions nor leaf lettuce on their hamburge, now it is bagged shredded lettuxeand chopped onions, it is now an over prized version a Macdonald's. Horrible
Service was fast. The drive thru is crowded now due to Covid-19. On this visit, we asked for fries well done and they were not. They are just trying to get the orders out as fast as possible.
Lady at register kinda rude..I ordered chorizo my mom got egg burrito, she don't eat meat. They switched orders, hers has a white fuzzy thing in it ..It's 9am all tables are dirty..they used to be good
Had the taco burger after watching it set behind the cashier ready for more than 5 minutes try to open it in the bun was stuck to the paper so disappointing the place was crowded I was on a break and did not have time to take it back very very unsatisfiedFood: 3/5
First and LAST time here. Not only was my order incorrect, but the workers are so RUDE! To top it off, I get home and find a hair in my food. I am disgusted!

I'm never disappointed coming to this franchise. The food is delicious and always what and how you order it unlike other places. Growing up in the inland empire I've always had this as a go to.
