They're back, back!   To be fair I haven't been to this establishment in months, maybe a year or so, give or take. This store just became too inconsistent with hours. They NEVER used to be open even when they were supposed to be! I'd order in the app and arrive to find them closed very early in the day.  Fast forward to TODAY. Food was HOT . Even the cheesy fiesta potatoes I ordered. Portions were not skimpy as some other locations I've frequented. I ordered on the app and had no issues at all. Food was accurate and fresh. Did NOT wait long and there were cars in front of me in line. A few minor things to note, they have a new digital menu and they updated the building colors as well.  Hope they keep it up and maintain consistent hours. I will most certainly return for #fourthmeal here.  UPDATE: 4/19/22 - The lobby is open for mobile orders,  orders from the app, door dash, uber eats and grub hub. If you walk in you WILL HAVE to order via kiosk. There is no person to take your order. The wait was extended so your best bet is to stand in line in the drive thru.  #TiaTriedIt

No customer focus here. I ask for 3 Tacos Supreme.  When I wanted Mild Sauce they said they don't have any. I wanted my money back. The heavy lady stuffed 3 Tacos in the bag. I asked if there was Mild Sauce in the bag.  She said yes. There were only 2 packets, so I asked for more. Everyone ignored me. The tacos had no sour cream.  No one cared.  I said for Tacos Supreme and didn't get what I paid for.  DO NOT EVER EAT AT THIS TACO BELL!!!!

Placed an order through the app. The instructions were to come to the inside counter for "grab and go". A sign by the door repeated those instructions, however, the door was locked and the only choice was to go through the window line. There was 5 cars ahead of me in line. Twenty five minutes later I finally got my order. I had purposely ordered "grab and go" because this location typically takes 4 to 5 minutes per window customer. At least, this time, they did not get the order wrong!

I went to pick up a mobile order of the Mexican pizza. So glad it's back! It's so delicious! However, I had to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes to get it. They do not have the lobby open, even for pick up only. So there is little advantage to ordering ahead.

I didn't receive multiple items and items were made wrong in my order. Complete waste of money!!!! I can't even call to remedy the situation because they put the phone off the hook and it's a straight busy signal! I deserve a refund since I didn't receive my items! I guess they like stealing from their customers.

THEE WORST!!!! THERE WERE TWO CARS IN THE DRIVE THRU WHEN I PULLED UP AND IT STILL TOOK 20MINUTES TO GET FOOD THAT WAS COLD AND WRONG. I WENT IN TO GET MY ORDER CORRECTED I FOUND OUT THAT I WAS OVER CHARGED. IT WAS JUST A LITTLE OVER $1 SO I ASKED FOR A SIDE OF MEAT INSTEAD OF THE SMALL REFUND. WHEN THE FOOD WAS BROUGHT TO MY CAR, THERE WERE ITEMS MISSING AND NO BEEF. I GO BACK IN TO GET THE MISSING ITEMS AND I SEE A YOUNG MAN THAT'S PREPARING FOOD. HE THROWS SOMETHING AWAY IN A GARBAGE CAN THAT'S OVER FILLED. THEN HE PRECEEDED TO PUSH THE TRASH DOWN IN THE CAN, THEN IMMEDIATELY TURNED AROUND TO FINISH MAKING TACOS... HOW DISGUSTING!!!!! AND WHERE WAS THE MANAGER??? RIGHT NEXT TO HIM. I GET BACK IN THE TO FIND A HALF OF A TEASPOON OF MEAT IN A CONTAINER. THIS LOCATION NEEDS PROPER TRAINING AND A NEW MANAGER. NEVERRR AGAIN!!!!!

I'm not sure what happened to the "fast" food concept with all QSRs, but Taco Bell sure has lost their speed! It is not uncommon to have to wait 45 minutes or more here. Their wait time is only ever surpassed by the other locations on Lee Rd and Warrensville Center Rd. The worst part about it is when you arrive at the speaker to place your order where you still have to wait another 5-10 minutes usually before they're ready and then find out they're out of several items or some equipment isn't working....BUT you can't simply say that's alright and then drive off to go somewhere else to eat. Instead, you're forced to continue sitting and waiting in the drive thru line that's moving at the speed of molasses because they decided it's a wise idea to build steep curbs on both sides of the lane preventing you from exiting until everyone in front of you has been served their orders.

I usually come to this location because I like the service and my food is usually up to par. However, today 2/3/23 at approximately 11ish was not a good day for me to come. First of all, I ordered my food using my card and as I ventured to my next destination I realize the cashier didn’t give me my card back so I called immediately and was told by the cashier himself that yes he forgot and left my card in the machine and he also accidentally rang up the next car’s purchases on my card…but he will rectify his mistake then to make matters worse not only did I have to drive back to this location from Willoughby but  I decided to nibble on my Mexican pizza as I drove only to find out it was very bitter…don’t know if it was the beans or what…voiced my opinion when I picked up my card and simply was told ok sorry about that….….I apologize for the long post but I have to vent to someone seeing that it was not a big deal at the restaurant….ijs……

I have been to this location about 10 times and the service and quality has been horrendous each time. The most recent time I have gone I waited 30 minutes not exaggerating for two items. On top of the excessive wait times, the food quality is garbage compared to other locations. Do yourself a favor and drive 4 minutes up the road to the mayfield heights location.

Pre-pandemic this Taco Bell used to be my go-to, but since then it's been a complete mess. Every time I go here, something's wrong; Whether it's that they aren't taking orders randomly, they forget items in your order, or the drive-thru is backed up for 40+ minutes. I don't think I've had a positive experience with this specific location in the last 2 years.  Last night I placed an order online at 5:45PM for pickup at 6:45PM - which is before the indoor pickup is closed according to the site - the order was "ready" at 5:50PM. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:45PM, tried the doors, they were locked, so I got into the drive-thru. In the 45 minutes I was there, the line did not move a single car, except for people leaving. I decided to place the same order at the 5855 Mayfield location, drove down there, and got my food very quickly, versus the order I had placed and was probably just sitting in a bag for the last 2 hours.  If you really need a Taco Bell fix, go to the 5855 Mayfield location. Don't go here unless you don't value your time. But hey, there's a Marc's right next to it, so you can go do your grocery shopping and get back in time to move forward.
