This is one of the horrible is places to eat. I had a coupon for 2 can dine first she first told me they don't expect it. I finally got it an they gave me three dry breast smh no wings horrible experience at is Popeyes it was 7:29p.m. an the manager told me that they didn't have anymore wings with a line to the street. Went back to the window because the lobby was closed down only open for pick up food to ask about my order. The employee may have eaten the chicken wings the lobby had at least three to four people in it eating with an other manager seating eating as well will never go hear again next step will be for me to call  corporate management

The chicken was cold and hardly any gravy on the mashed potatoes. I am so disappointed in Popeyes. I paid too much money for such rudeness. When are you going to start back serving food inside your establishment? I waited through the shift change for ten minutes in a drive thru line. I was the next customer. I will not be patronizing Popeyes ever again. Mr Chicken is where I will be going from now on. Such RUDE people working there. Undercover Boss where are you???

Bought a six piece from this restaurant. The chicken was hot, crispy, and fresh. The cashier was really nice! will definitely be going back.

IF THEY HAD A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD GIVE THAT. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOTH LOCATIONS ON EUCLID. I WENT TO BOTH LOCATIONS. THEY ARE NEVER PLESANT.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.  IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK OR IF SERVING CHICKEN GET ON YOUR NERVES FIND ANOTHER JOB. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO NEITHER LOCATION. IT IS SO SAD PEOPLE ACT SO THIS WAY.

We waited forever in drive thru for anyone to acknowledge us, then employee had an attitude when asked about it. Popeyes on Euclid Avenue near Green Road. Avoid if possible!Service: 1/5

Drove to this place to get better quality and better service mission accomplished the Popeyes in Euclid Ohio is garbage this one is so much better it's a little further away but not that far nothing worse than getting your food ruined by a bad attitude not here thoughFood: 5/5

Always go on Tuesdays for the special.  Chicken is always hot and cooked properly.  Great taste. Average wait time. Not bad for an urban restaurant.

Manager was letting the staff run things. No good customer service. New owner needs to go somewhere else
