I am very unhappy about my visit to taco bell tonight. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order when the line started to move I just skipped the intercom and proceeded with the other customers. 2 cars in front of me took 25 minutes to get their orders and leave. I then drove up to the window and had to explain that no one took my order he got an attitude with me then took my order and as I waited to get my food I witnessed another employee jump over the front counter. After getting my food I drove home only to find out they did not give me everything I ordered. I am very disappointed with the employees and managers for allowing such a slow crew to work at such a busy time of day

The DMV is faster than this place. Be prepared to bring a tent and sleeping bag after  you order. It's going to be a while.

Ruben, the shift manager is horrible. I witnessed him physically pushing an employee because that employee was trying to help me get my order. I waited an hour in the drive thru, paid by mobile app, when I got to the window, a great employee, Brian was really helpful but his lead Ruben was incredibly rude. Lied to me about my order not going through, when I had the receipt, refused to give me a refund because he already counted his till, threw 3 coupons at me and slammed the window shut. I've never seen someone act like this. This Taco Bell should be ashamed. I'll be calling the owners, calling corporate office and leaving comments of this experience until something is done about Ruben and until I'm refunded my money. The employee Brian was treated like an animal and all he tried to do was help me. I'm sick to my stomach about what I just witnessed.  A similar incident happened here before but this was horrible to experience. Shame!!

Not much in the way of FAST food at this location as a 10-minute wait is common. It seems that they are always understaffed or not motivated to move quickly. Tonight's visit was no exception as the crew lead was moving as fast as she  could, but it seemed her team was movie as if they were stuck to the floor.  tonight, the person responsible for the drive-up window was filling up napkin dispensers and had to be alerted by the team lead to go to her job at the window.

Margarita was angry, hostile, and rude. I ordered one burrito supreme. Asked for mild sauce. She threw in 8 packets of "hot" sauce. Really? For one burrito?  There goes the profits. I'll take my business elsewhere.corporate needs to be notified about my experience and the many bad reviews.
