Taco Bell is pretty consistent. Hard to mess up unless you forget things or were trained extremely poorly. They could use a little bit more response time awareness but other than that they're greatFood: 5/5
Got my drive thru order wrong. So, I went into consolidate and order what I was missing, was charged an addition $10, but then the manager came out and told me I never made an order. Not only did they screw up my order, but they charged me an additional $10 ;showed them my bank statement and they claimed it never happened even though I went in store to order what I was missing. That’s pre That’s tremendously sketchy to mess up my order, charge me $10 extra and claim I never made an order, despite having ordered with the manager. I would like my $10 recouped or at least give me what I ordered
This is legit, the worst Taco Bell i've ever been to, and it's been that bad FOR YEARS. The orders almost always come out wrong or missing items, not even open during listed hours, or food so gross you can't eat them. I had tacos literally dripping like they were dunked in a sink, missing items, no phone answers the list goes on. I love TB so i give this place a chance once in a while and they never fail to disappoint, it's been years now. Should just close it down at this point.
Every order in my party was messed up, either shorted an item or wrong items given.There's hardly anyone up front and only one of us has the time or patience to go back inside to get them to fix it. Also the parking lot is ridiculous, especially for a bigger truck.Food: 3/5
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are absolutely the most vile place in the whole City of Denver. Corporate should be shutting this place down. I will be calling the health department as well. Not only are they filthy, the employees are completely incompetent and rude. They themselves are also absolutely disgusting. Do not go here!!!
I normally like this location but today's food was subpar and that is upsetting. I ordered a crunch wrap, a steak grilled cheese burrito and a chicken grilled cheese burrito. Subpar with all of them. Most likely it was the staff that worked this evening on 8/27/23. I'll let this experience slide, but if it occurs again, I will try a different location.

One of the better Taco bells in Denver/DTC. Drive-thru is fast, food is usually not missing and the staff is respectful and professional. Learn from these guys, all other Denver Taco Bell locations.Food: 5/5
Visited this Taco Bell because it is close to home. I ordered two tacos and burritos cravings boxes with soft tacos instead of hard tacos. He repeated the order to us and gave us a total. When we got to the window the guy didn’t know my order. I reminded him that I ordered the two tacos and burritos cravings boxes. He thought we were there for a pickup order. We got our food and when we got home it was all hard tacos and no soft tacos. To boot, there was no receipt. Boo! That really bites because it would probably cost me more than an hour of time to return them and get home to enjoy them. No one answered the phone when I called. I’m feeling invisible and helpless. Guess I gotta take my money and time somewhere I can get the service I need.
I love the food at low prices but I absolutely hate the service. I came for a pickup DoorDash and for some reason, they could not find it. I was out in the snow for 15 mins before they figured out their system and finally got my cold food. On another occasion, they forgot my drink. Although, I did have their wings and they were pretty good
