I've been coming to this location since it opened and it has become the most poorly run Taco Bell ever! Went there tonight and they were out of taco shells!? How does that happen at taco bell? And they were out of sour cream too. Sadly this isn't an uncommon occurance. Stay away from this location! go to Esplanade or 20th street!

Really !? You expect me to remember a visit to Taco Bell that was 3 months ago ? At best I can speculate...since I dont really care for the food there in general. But I can tell you this...I have been wanting to try their new nacho fries (I hear theyre good !) Although word has it you need an extra cup of the nacho cheese in order to have it last through ghe whole serving of fries. They were a hit with the gal who told me and she also recommended ordering one of their new "skittles" slushy type drink. They taste just like skittles and are the perfect refreshment when paired with the Spicy (adobo) fries and Nacho cheese. There you have it.

Waited for 15 minutes for 3 Chalupas with no check in at all. This was a Thursday night, and it did seem like it was really under staffed. However, if there is a wait, you should tell the customer ahead of time so they know what to expect.

It can get busy at certain times, and they still handle it well. Good.
