Amazingly delicious and quality food for such a great price! You can get a whole bowl of food for less than $10! The staff is super friendly and very attentive :) end up going at least a few times a month.

Let me tell you. I rarely write reviews, but this food is AMAZING! I've never had Pho in Chico this good. Drop whatever you are doing and come eat here, you will not regret it. This food is so damn good.

Finding good Pho is a challenge when traveling, especially in rural towns. Passing through Chico we found this little place. Once a house converted into a restaurant. 
The Pho broth  was fantastic. We were able to chat with the proprietor. 
Not sure if she was the owner. She was wonderful with a great philosophy on life. We were happy to get to chat with her.
There are lots of vegetarian options.
One odd thing was how quiet it was.  I would like some music?

The food is awesome and I will be a frequent customer! I really don't mind waiting for an exceptional meal, but...
Restaurant Golden Rules  - 
Drinks come first, all of them at once. Make them all – then deliver them.
Utensils should be brought at this time if they aren’t already on the table.
Condiments should be brought at this time if they aren’t already on the table.
Appetizers (if ordered) come next, again, make them all and deliver all at once – before the meal.
Main course is brought out to all the customers at (reasonably) the same time. No more than a couple of minutes between the first one and the last one. 
             “It’s better to eat cold soup than to eat soup alone.”

Don't forget to walk the room and check every single table multiple times to see if everything is OK.

P.S. Offer chopsticks, you may be surprised who prefers them over a fork or spoon.

Short staffed. I had to wait a long time to pay for my food that I have ordered ahead of time. Only one person spoke English and he was the waiter and cashier, hence the long wait. The kitchen staff didn't look like they practice good hygiene. I saw my lady touching boxes/plastics before grabbing lettuce leaf for my egg rolls bare handed... On top of that, they missed some of my orders that I had ordered and paid for. When I got home, I realized they only give me a very small size of pho noodles to go along with my giant tub of broth. Just one giant mess. Won't go back again.
