Went to lunch with hubby and we both had an enjoyable meal with great service. Hubby had an Italian sandwich which he thought was very tasty along with a side salad. I chose the salad and meat plate. It was a good sized salad that came with a choice of meat in marinara sauce (I opted for Italian sausage) and crusty bread. It was great and very filling. Would recommend for a change of pace.

This was one of our best experiences with the food in a long time. We'd been going to the Skyway location mostly and just not impressed. Would expect the same, but just hasn't been over the past few years. Decided to try dinner at Esplande and were quite Happy! Very tasty and the sauces didn't seem like they out of a jar. Portion sizes appeared more generous. Only giving 4 Star because waiting for coffee refills was too slow and the temperature in the restaurant was too cold for the weather outside; thus needing to order coffee to warm up. When I told the waitress why I needed coffee she didn't care.

Awesome omlette! Kinda unique name... "kitchen sink" but staff was attentive and polite.

One of the few places in Chico actually worth going to. Old school Italian restaurant that has some pretty amazing food. Definitely would suggest going.

Extremely friendly staff and consistently awesome food. I've been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is always great! The cottage potatoes they serve with breakfast come with sour cream and green onions. You've gotta try it!
