It’s 3:32 AM and they close at four. However, I’ve been sitting in this line since 310. Only for me to get to the speaker and they tell me that they are only serving DoorDash and Uber orders. So now I have to sit in this line until the people in front of me get the orders that they’re picking up. This is a trash situation. I love the hood, but I hate the ghetto. I don’t know who owns this institution, but move your money elsewhere if this is how you do your business. I am used to the ghetto being a food desert. I was very excited to see that they were open. But this sort of business is below average. I am very disappointed in this Taco Bell. I am not asking for much. Just keep the business hours that you post.

I ask for Veggie Power bowl ! I received hard  old or cooked rice in my bowl on 1/10/24. I also filled out my order on the screen. It comes with sour cream but I didn’t receive it until I bought it to staff attention. Reading is fundamental if you see it just place on the customer order. If it says NO on an item please omit. Look carefully! If you drop unwanted food in meal please remove before giving to customers. Thanks  Vegetarian options: They do have good ingredients. One time through drive-through I asked if they had onions. The young lady said no. I went on the inside, ordered on the Kiosk and I saw onion. SMH.  Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to tomatoes. Always ask for no tomatoes, but somehow they end up in my food. Whether it’s a little bit, I veggie bowl or inside of my burritos. But it clearly says no tomatoes on my screen when I’m ordering.

Trash. Ordered from DoorDash and the woman claimed she passed my food out already and couldn't remake it without me reordering it. So I reordered it with credits from DoorDash. When I got it - half the order was still missing.  DoorDash refunded me for the missing items but these people are making me look like a scammer to DoorDash due to their monumental incompetence. How hard is it? I called the restaurant to report the issue - of course no one answered. I'll be calling corporate about this.  ALSO - the food was made so sloppy. And they didn't have any red Fiesta strips... so they decided to just break up a doritos taco in my burrito instead. Literally EVERYONE working tonight should be fired. From the manager to the floor workers.

Went inside for a quick order to take home and Jo, the manager, made my day. She made me laugh and made sure to take great care of me. This is my new favorite location! She absolutely went the extra mileFood: 5/5

I don't know how the establishment expects two people to run the entire store but if it was less talking and gossiping orders would go out a lot faster. I continue to ponder my own sanity inasmuch as I continue to eat here no matter how sparingly.

I had my order remade 3 times it was still wrong asked for a refund the manager who refused to provide her name and was not wearing a name tag gave me $4 but I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch somebody help me do the math…..Ummm no ma’am. I will be contacting corporate and every related GM. It’s just not fair that I was treated that way. And to add there was absolutely no sauce in the entire store.

Staff is extremely unorganized and RUDE. You get stuck in the drive-thru because of it's structure. When I finally reach the intercom, after waiting in line for exactly 24mins. I'm told there's a 30 min wait. I tell the young lady, that they should figure out how to inform customers prior to us getting stuck in this ridiculous line. Someone else jumps on the speaker and tell me "Honey ain't nobody ahead of you so you can drive on off". The restaurant industry is shifting and apparently the chains no longer care about customer service nor satisfaction. This store is trash and so are the employees..

This can hardly count as fast food. The wait was extremely long and none of the employees seemed to want to serve. We intended to order and pay by cash but it seemed like all the staff were hiding in the kitchen. We used the order machine and had the longest wait for the food. Would definitely never recommend the cinnamon twists. Worst thing I've tasted in a while. Additionally, the toilets are out of order.

our food was ok but I got attitude when i placed a doordash order and waited over 20 mins when i arrived at the time i was told to arrive to pick up my order. rude cook on the line got a attitude when i asked about my food at 5:52pm... he hadn't even started on my mobile order. i watched people wio ordered in person and ordered mobile AFTER me get food way before mine was even ready. I understand things get busy but don't be rude when i point out i was told 5:30 as a pick up time and im standing in the lobby doing nothing for 20 mins... no one was going to make my food if i didn't keep asking for it?? i would have been standing there all night at that rate. he threatened to not make my food which was super hostile and unprofessional. I shouldn't have to beg for my order i paid for already the other staff was nice and apologetic which is why I won't call the manager but super rude way to treat someone when i did nothing wrong. He needs to find another job not involving people obviously .

I did an UberEats order earlier 2/3/2024. I didn't get the cheese sauce for the chips and cheese I ordered... I didn't get the Baja Blast I ordered but Mountain Dew instead... I didn't get the tostada layer one my crunch wrap supreme SO THERE WAS NO CRUNCH... I didn't get any red sauce on the nachos... SO MY ENTIRE ORDER except two things thing was WRONG!!!
