This location is in the hood but with my experience, the "hood" ones are better. The chicken was fresh and hot and crispy!!! Exactly how I like it. They had the bathroom blocked off. The manager explained that due to people destroying the restroom they are not open to the public. I understood so be sure you don't need one when you stop. Every one had great customer service. When I'm in the area I will definitely go back to this location.

I arrive at churches at 10:40 am and on the outside window was a red light that says open however upon pulling the door handle, it was cleared that they were closed. The open sign is misleading because another family of four came behind me to go into the restaurant however the doors was locked.

I ordered two pieces of chicken for 3.29. I was charged 25.39 . When I called to have someone to fix it the young lady over the phone said there was nothing she could do because she didn’t work yesterday. I asked is there a manager that could help she then replied we don’t have managers . 25.39 for two pieces of chicken that was supposed to be 3.29 is insane .. I will never go back !

I went through the drive thru and person at the window was super nice and friendly BUT what the other person put in my bag when I got home was GARBAGE…  if this is what they serving people who paying with they’re hard earned money, then close this spot DOWN!!! Totally disappointed.. my fault because I should’ve checked it before I got all the way homeMAD AF

I visited the store on yesterday 04/28/2024. Chante and Jennifer gave me excellent service, the restaurant was clean, food fresh and it came out quick. I thank you guys again for the excellent service.Food: 5/5

they have no sense of urgency been in the drive thru stuck for 30 minutes waiting on a 3 piece chicken because i can’t move forward or back, lady at the window look and acting high . then i get to the window she didn’t even have my order took . she asked me what i wanted all over again . nobody wearing hair nets … now im at the window waiting for my food again .

I was very pleased with the service  received on April 23rd around 3 I beat the rush, for the past two weeks it appears that I have come in at the time meat  was just coming out, I know it was not for me only but the right time to get service keep the excellent work up.Food: 5/5

By the time they you get your food you’ll be skinny as hell lol  but at least it was decent food overall 2/5Food: 4/5
