I have gotten the wrong order here several times. I have also simplified my normal order with no luck. Going to the drive through helps because you can see what they are entering in on their side. Why do I keep coming back? Because I love Taco Bell, even when they give me the wrong order. When ordering in, they take your name when you order, but often don't call it out when your food is ready or give your food to the wrong person. There is a number attached to the order... please just use that. Staple the receipt to the bag so I can look at the receipt in my hand and see I am grabbing the right order. Stop taking names when people order if you aren't going to use them. Please. It also doesn't work if there are two Johns waiting to get their order. Numbers work better. Stop trying to be personal by asking for a name. This is Taco Bell. I just want my tacos. Not somebody else's.

Hola! I'm an employee of this Taco Bell and I can tell you, we work out hardest (even if it looks like we're not). But that's just me. We are in my own words and personal opinion the best taco Bell in the world!! That's kind of a far stretch, so I'll settle with it being the best taco Bell in Minnesota. We appreciate every customer and we do our hardest to make sure everything is correct and right! If something is wrong just call us or come back. We'll​be sure to fix the issue. We put blood, sweat and tears into these Taco's, not literally of course. But it's thanks to the love of our customers that I myself and everyone else that push us to do what we do. So why not stop by taco Bell! Get a taco, say hi, & live mas'!

Had a coupon for 2 free tacos and they would only let me use one. Guys acted like it came out of their paycheck. Write up 2 separate transactions. End of the day take care of the customer. Next time the taco bell staff come into my work(they always do) and ask for discounts(like they always do) it'll be met with a big ol nope..

Had a great experience here this evening. I was helped by a young gentleman who gave the name Andrew. He was extremely helpful in building an amazing burrito for me when I couldn't decide what to get. Superb customer service.
