I will give it 3 stars only because the food was good the service was great. However we ordered 3 chili's and not 1 cracker. Very disappointing when you get home expecting to eat your chili and crackers and now crackers. Other than that 2 thumbs up

Worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant in along time. The staff doesn't really know what they are doing and honestly don't think they care. If I could rate it zero stars I would so save yourself some time and go eat elsewhere.

The food was really greasy/had to much sauce on it and the soda machines weren't working cept for the back one which I think was due to it coming in a little after opening

The food is great! Because they don't even know what they are doing in the drive thru, its terrible. The cashier was rude. Before paying, I always wait till my order is read back to me. Instead of reading back to me, the cashier bluntly, "What did you want??". Wow, she didn't even know my order but was going to charge anyway for whatever order! Also, I asked for extra ranch for the caesar salad and they gave me two ranch dressings and not the Caesar dressing. I tried to asked for the Caesar dressing, they walked away and ignored me.  I just drove off and wrote this review. Customer service is lacking very badly there. I would go elsewhere.

My wife and two daughters ordered food in the drive though. My younger daughter wanted a kids meal, order taker ask Apple's or fries, we say apples. We get our food and drive away, my daughter starts crying because they gave her fries not Apple's.
I open my chicken sandwich without mayo, it has mayo......
