I felt comfortable with the people working there, not busy, actually 5 standing around waiting for the next customer So i ordered a cheesy core burrito and another item. Being a new item, I expected it to be executed properly. I took 3 bites and couldn't figure it out. It looked like slop! I went up to the counter and showed the woman that served me the burrito. I said I ordered that and pointed to the photo on the menu and she said " thats what you got, everything is in there". I said it didn't look or taste anything what I would have imagined but together like that, she said nothing looks like that and laughed! How the hell do you train people to just throw ingredients together with different results? Where can i go to get the properly made cheesy chore burrito? I tried to post the photo but wouldn't allow me, what a shame... Look at my 2 photos I posted, do they look alike? Corporate needs to retrain these employees... Update April 9, 2017 It's been a while, has anything changed?

The service was non existent. The workers were sleeping and I woke them up to do their job!!! And called to complain and spoke to the same idiot that was sleeping!!! Good job taco bell hiring idiots that don't work and have to be woken up to make tacos!!!

Everyone in my family loves Taco Bell, the usual question is "who is going on the TB run?".

Ok no issues except for menu item mispriced. They know it but simply can't change it. Particularly Doritos taco on single menu.
