Over 20 minutes for a wrong order. Absolutely terrible service. Obviously understaffed (talent and numbers) HELPLESS. I will now make a much longer drive to the one on old troy

Not that spectacular... They "ran out of beef" at about midnight and for a place open late that's disappointing

Nice friendly staff but unfortunately my food was not edible. Chalupa shells were hard as rocks . Just plain nasty.

Update:. Hubby went to see the morning  manager the next day. Our name and purchase amount have been recorded for a future visit credit.  Hope the prior evening manager was reprimanded. 
  We just waited 26 minutes for three soft tacos on a Friday night at 7pm.  When hubby asked to speak to the manager, the clerk denied to give a name and claimed there was a trainee on the line. (Seven employees, perhaps?) He got the money back as the tacos came to the counter, then watched the clerk drop the order into the trash.  Is that any way to keep the customer satisfied?  Hubby will be calling the manager in the morning. Perhaps even corporate Taco Bell.  Three soft tacos!
