I wish I had received the customer service these reviews talk about. They completely missed my online order so when I arrived, I still had to wait 10 minutes for my food to be made. Whatever. When I finally get my food, I make the mistake of being too trusting and I didn't check the bag. When I get home, I see that I'm missing my chips. I call and when this kid picks up the phone, all he says is "Well you'll have to come back to get your bag of chips."

Obviously. But what makes it worth it for me to waste another $1.50 in gas to go pick up chips YOU forgot? Terrible service. 

As for the food, it's Hot Head. You'll get what you're expecting.

Love the food. Always tastes good and big portions. Staff is always friendly. HOWEVER...every other visit they always are out of chicken. Most people obviously get steak or chicken in their meal. How does this happen during dinner hours? Last visit this happened and they said they were cooking it and it would be at least 30 minutes. If you get low on food and you know that don't wait till you're out then decide to make more. This happens too frequently there. Not good management. I'll try them again but next time I won't go back.

After coming to this hot head a few times I live it. Mike the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. This hot head is a good one. I will be a frequent customer.

Staff was very nice, fast and professional. Every area was clean and in order and the food was delicious!
