Totally incompetent and dishonest. Do not stop here! After waiting half an hour for our food, they informed us they did not have one of the items (a Doritos Locos Taco), but all they would do was offer us a less valuable item. "All we can give you is a plain taco." When the fault is theirs, they should upgrade you, or at least offer an item of comparable value, not downgrade you. Finally we asked for a refund; they refused to refund our credit card (had to be cash), and they knowingly shorted us $1.51, and were totally unwilling to pay us the rest of our bill or explain why, completely unapologetic, and very very rude. They took the receipt and would not give it back, either. We are still in shock, just an insane experience. Don't go here unless you want to be robbed, and leave hungry and furious.

Exceptionally accommodating staff. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in this town again.

Horrible service and food. We were traveling and decided to grab a quick bite before we checked in to the hotel. By the time we got to the room to eat (less than 10 minutes) the food was cold and falling apart. It took 15 minutes just to get through the drive thru. They were not that busy. Horrible experience.

Usually this place is guilty for running out of ingredients. Or so they say. I've never been to a taco bell that is always out if this, and out if that, or waiting for their truck to deliver. Either poor management or just lazy staff. And the employees are on a one track mind. Work. No greeting, no "how are you today?" Just different.
